When you purchase from Coenergia Shop, the products are considered ‘pre-ordered’ until the order confirmation email and the collection of payment.
Should you choose to purchase, selecting the ‘EXW’ delivery mode and then sending a courier of your choice to pick up the goods, the products will instead be for all intents and purposes ordered, upon receipt of the order confirmation email and collection of payment.
No, there is no minimum charge in order to order from Coenergia Shop, however, we recommend that you pay attention to the data sheet/description of modular products, which often require a minimum number of modules in order to be composed and function properly.
The available stock and quantity of each product we sell are indicated on the website; however, you must wait for the confirmation email. When a product is listed as “Out of stock,” it is not available.
Yes, it is possible to place an order on Coenergia Shop, without having to register. Just do not check the box ‘Create an account’, when filling out the form with your personal information.
If you order as a guest, you will still have the opportunity to stay updated on changes in the status of your order.
Payment
After placing a pre-order, you will need to wait for the confirmation email from our operators and make the payment via bank transfer.
After the payment is received, the goods will be shipped or picked up depending on the shipping method you choose, and you will be informed of changes in the status of your order by email or by logging into your personal area of Coenergia Shop.
Transport
When ordering from Coenergia Shop you can select two shipping modes:
– EXW – freight collect, whereby the choice of freight forwarder is the responsibility of the receiver. Important: you must wait for the order confirmation email from Coenergia Shop and inform our operators about the shipping details (forwarder, date and time of goods pickup)
– DDT – delivery company chosen by seller, whereby the choice of the forwarding agent is made by the seller, i.e. Coenergia S.r.l. . In this case, in the order confirmation email, you will also receive details regarding the shipment.
! Please note that shipping costs are always borne by the buyer, regardless of the mode chosen, and that the moment Coenergia S.r.l. delivers the order to the shipper is relieved of any responsibility.

Normally, shipping times range from 5 days to a week, starting from the collection of payment.
However, unforeseen events are always possible that are beyond the control of Coenergia S.r.l. and cannot be predicted at the time.
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order. While filling in the pre-order form, you will have to select the shipping method ‘EXW’, i.e. shipping chosen and paid for by the buyer. After receiving the order confirmation email, you will then need to inform our operators of all the details regarding the chosen method (shipper and pickup date and time).
